Bus Scheduling Benchmarking Study
Developed a bus scheduling international benchmarking study (industry scan) and technology review to inform TfNSW's long-term technology roadmap for bus operations and service planning.
Transport and Rail Cybersecurity Framework
Developed and implemented a certified framework for all OT assets and projects across rail, public transport and roads (ITS).
ITS Lifecycle Framework
Developed a framework to manage the entire ITS solutions across their lifecycle and merging asset, engineering and operational considerations.
ETCS Program System Integration Strategy
Defined the System Integration strategy and model, and established the SI function for TMR’s ETCS Level 2 Program (Sector 1).
Ticketing Upgrade Bid Support
